LOCATION
Casa Punta Norte is located at the exclusive private condominium Punta Sal, in between the Royal Decameron Hotel and the Hotel Punta Sal, in the region of Tumbes, at the north of Peru. The house is located in the first row, and from the house’s terrace, pool, living room, dining room and master bedroom there is an awesome ocean view.
How do I arrive to Casa Punta Norte?
In order to arrive to Casa Punta Norte, the best choice is to take a flight from Lima to Tumbes (1 hour 45 minutes), and then take a private transportation to Casa Punta Norte (1 hour 30 minutes by car) from Tumbes Airport. Another option is from Talara and Piura airports.
To access the condominium, the guests should go through the North Pan American Highway (2kms / 1.4 miles north from Cancas), and turn at the entrance of the Royal Decameron Hotel. From the entrance, it takes around 5km / 3.1 miles until the guests reach Casa Punta Norte.

CASA PUNTA NORTE
Casa Punta Norte is a cozy and confortable beach house. The maximum guest capacity is 14 (including children) and it is located in one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Peru: Punta Sal.
Casa Punta Norte is located in the first row, inside Punta Sal Condominium; peace and quiet is guaranteed at the house and the beach. The condominium has a 24 hour security service. The ocean’s temperature is on average 25° C (77° F). The ocean is usually calm, ideal for bathing.
The whale watching season starts from mid-july until mid-october (depending on ocean currents and climate changes), and they can be seen while sitting on the terrace of the house or from the pool.
The house is very cool. It has ceiling fans in all the rooms of the house and the roof tops are 4 meter high (13 ft), which allows for a gentle fresh breeze to keep the house cool.
The house rent includes housekeeping and cooking services daily from 9:00pm to 6:00pm. The service is provided by two extremely nice and helpful ladies, who have been working for years with the family.
