Located at seashore between the pier of Los Órganos and Punta Veleros, Las Pipas offer a comfortable houses with exceptional characteristics for your perfect vacations for you and your family.

The whole house is a two floor house, which we rent only the first floor and have all the necessary things that you and your family might need. The house an independent entrance, bringing autonomy from the secong floor, sharing only the parking zone and garden.

Like many people know, Los Órganos beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Peruvian north, perfect for practicing sports like surf, kitesurf, diving and fishing, also for relax and resting, far away from the highway and close to the sand and the sea.

From the terraces of Las Pipas of Los Órganos you can view Punta Veleros private condo to the south and a big part of Vichayito beach to the north.
In front of the house, the beach is delicious, without any rock and the surf points are located a few steps from the area.

Rates:

High Season (New Year, Ecuatorian Festivities, 28 of july Peruvian Festivities, Easter Holidays, school holidays of may and october):
US$40 per person (minimum 5 people).

Low Season (rest of the year):
US$30 per person (minimum 5 people).
