La Terraza (The Terrace) is a lovely house with two floors located at Pocitas beach, 200 meters north of Mancora Beach Bungalows, on the Old Panamerican Highway (Antigua Panamericana Norte).
The house has a maximum capacity for 12 guests and its located 100 mts away from the beach (second row).
Second floor:
A double principal room: Queen size bed, armchair-bed and private bathroom. The room has view to the sea and a terrace.
A room for four people: a cabin and two beds of 1 1/2. Exterior bathroom.
Full equipment kitchen.
Living and a big terrace with view to the sea, chairs and hammock.
First floor:
A room for three people with a bed and a cabin.
The house also offer:
Swimming pool.
Private parking for two vehicles.
