Mar Azul ("Blue sea") is a comfortable house located in front of the sea, in the exclusive private Condo Villa Marina, in Organos beach, 10 kms. South Mancora.

Mar Azul is different from the rest of the houses in the area because it is located inside a private condo that offers installations and safety conditions that every family requires for spending their ideal vacations. Besides, it has an adult swimming pool, a children pool, Club House, and 24 hour private vigilance.

The condo is located by the sea, so it’s far away from the pan-American highway, making Mar Azul the perfect place for resting and relaxing.

Organos, has one of the most beautiful seas in Peru, perfect for water sports such as surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, diving, and fishing in its different modalities. At the same time, the town of Organos is really near: about 2 kms, in case you need something.

The beach has white sand, without rocks, and a transparent sea that let you enjoy at any time of the day, any day of the year.

Mar Azul includes a service lady for cooking and cleaning.
The house has electric light, permanent water and hot water for the bathrooms, except the service room.

High Season: New Year, Easter, Peruvian Day (week of july 28), and school holidays in May and October.

Low Season: rest of the year
