Conditions of the Reservation
  • An employee do the general cleaning and bed once a day.
  • On the arrival, you must sign an inventory and the guest is responsible for any damage or lost that can occur during your stay.
  • We don’t allow more than 14 people sleeping at the house
  • The check-in is at 13:00hrs, the check out is at 12:00hrs.

Change of schedule can vary depending on availability
Confirmation of a reservation:

The right for reservation is only granted when the 50 % of the agreed amount has been paid/deposited. The total payment must be done with a minimum of 7 days before check-in.

Cancellation of a reservation:

If the cancellation occurs with less than 20 days of anticipation on the arrival date, there is no refund. If the cancellation occurs with more than 20 days of anticipation on the arrival date, we manage another date depending on availability at low season.

Guests Information:

The guest will give a list of the people that are going to use the house, indicating complete name, age and document number (passport). This information will be verified on the arrival of the guests to the condo by the security staff. Any change of guests must be informed before your arrival to Sunset Point.
