General Information

Verano 365 ("Summer 365") is a comfortable house located in front of the sea, in the exclusive private Condo Villa Marina, in Organos beach, 10 kms. South Mancora.

Verano 365 is different from the rest of the houses in the area because it is located inside a private condo that offers installations and safety conditions that every family requires for spending their ideal vacations. Besides, it has an adult swimming pool, a children pool, Club House, and 24 hour private vigilance.

The condo is located by the sea, so it’s far away from the pan-American highway, making Verano 365 the perfect place for resting and relaxing.

Organos, has one of the most beautiful seas in Peru, perfect for water sports such as surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, diving, and fishing in its different modalities. At the same time, the town of Organos is really near: about 2 kms, in case you need something.

The beach has white sand, without rocks, and a transparent sea that let you enjoy at any time of the day, any day of the year.

 
House Distribution
  • Two double rooms, with private bathroom each. (Queen beds both).
  • Two quadruples rooms, with one bathroom for both. (plaza y media!!!!! Beds)
  • Spacious equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, gas oven, gas stove, rice cooker, microwave oven, blender, dishes and complete tableware.
  • Open kitchen integrated with dining room
  • Music stereo, TV and DVD
  • Big terrace with deck, outdoor furniture and umbrella
  • A double service room, with bathroom

  • Includes linen and bathroom towels (no beach towels).

The house has electric light, permanent water and hot water for the bathrooms, except the service room.

Fee $ 40 per person, minimum 5 people, 5 nights

Low season:
Rest of year
• Minimum 5 pax, US$ 35 p/person
• With a minimum stay of 4 nights

Rates: USD 30 .- per person, 5 persons and 4 nights minimum.

High Season:
Carnivals (feb or march), Easter Holidays, 28th July Peruvian Festivities, School holidays of May and October.
Fee USD 45 per person, minimum 10 people and minimum of 6 nights

New Year (Dec 26th to Jan 3rd)
Fee USD 50 per person, minimum 10 people and minimum of 7 nights
