Villa Miramar is a beautiful house located at Los Organos; northern Peru. Villa Miramar is located on a high place, the view from any angle of the house and facilities, are simply sublime. From the different terraces of Villa Miramar you can see the bay of Punta Veleros, all the beach of Los Organos and even Vichayito beach. If at daytime the view is spectacular, by night the view of Los Organos town it's impressive.
The house has absolutely everything you need to spend a luxurious holidays, with many rooms, spacious ambiences, perfect for every occasion at day, evening and night. We are located approximately 500 meters away from the beach (only a 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car), in an area that offer complete tranquility, away from the Pan-American highway and all the noisy sound of the town..From the rooms at night you can hear the delightful sound of waves breaking and between June and October, humpback whales are seen from Villa Miramar, with its spectacular view. Villa Miramar has two entrances: one directly from the Panamerican Highway, just before the southern entrance of Los Organos, and other access that connects the house with the beach road that leads to the pier and to the beach known as Punta Veleros.
Description of the House:
- 1 double room for two on the first floor, with bathroom (shower, hot water) with DirecTV and 42-inch flat screen.
- 1 double room on the second floor for two with bathroom, with a separate entrance with Claro Sat TV and 32-inch flat sceern
- 1 double room on the first floor with a bunk bed (4 people) with shower and hot water with Claro Sat TV and 32-inch flat sceern
- 1 independent bungalow for 6 people (3 bunk beds) with private bathroom, shower and hot water.
- Fully equipped kitchen with bar.
- Dining room for 18 people.
- Large pool (11.5 x 7 meters) with a small sandy beach facing the pool.
- Outdoor dining area with grill (BBQ) and wood oven.
- Garage for up to 4 vehicles.
- Complete home utensils: cups, plates, towels for shower, sheets, etc ...
- Electric power generator, thanks to its remote location in the house, not heard.
- The house includes security and a great cook with experience.
- We can arrange transfer (additional) to the differents airport on the area (Piur or, Tumbes) and also from the various bu sstations s in the area.
- For 300 soles a day, we offer a Van with driver, fully available to guests (not including gasoline)
