The house is distributed as follows:

• A bedroom on the second floor, ocean view, balcony, private bathroom (hotwater) walking closet.
• Three bedrooms on the first floor. One of them with private bathroom (hot water) and the other two share a bathroom (hot water).
• Full kitchen equipment (refrigerator, freezer, oven, blender, microwave, dishes,etc..).
• Spacious living room. Fully furnished with a dining terrace overlooking the sea.
• Private parking, barbecue (BBQ) and swimming pool.

In total Casa de Mate House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. For up to 10 people.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with hammocks.

The garden canbe just steps from the sea and in turn, have privacy by dense green vegetation.

House has electricity Mate (220), TV with DirecTV and DVD and water 24 hrs a day.

There are cell phone signal and we provide with wifi internet for our guests. The house comes with towels. It features top chef and butler.

In the house by the ocean there is a wide shade of palm trees and deck chairs.
