Terrazas Iguana is a two-story house has a pool, plus permanent guardianship.
House Terrazas Iguana is located in the resort of Las Pocitas (Mancora), Dept. Of Piura, northern Peru, from the Los Corales, 140 meters before the Hotel Mancora Beach, in second row 100 meters. the sea (with private direct descent to the beach)
In Mancora the sun shines all year and the area is ideal for surfing, fishing, diving and relaxing. Between the months of July to October there is whale watching.
There are daily flights to and from Lima - Piura / Talara / Tumbes (near Mancora airports) for LAN, TACA and Peruvian. You can also get direct bus from Lima by
Oltursa, Cruz del Sur y ExcluCiva.

First Floor:
- 1 double bedroom with queen bed (2 people) and private bathroom.
- 1 double bedroom with queen bed plus an extra bed (3 people) and attached bath, facing the pool.
- 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) with shared bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) with shared bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden bar with 4 high stools of hualtaco wood and integrated into the living room
- Dining room for 12 people
- Large terrace with pool, lounge chairs and lazy
- Fourth, service bathroom and laundry area.
Second Floor:
- 1 double bedroom with queen bed plus an extra bed (3 people) and ensuite bathroom.
- Two large terraces furnished and hammock.
- BBQ area, bar with sink and bar with bench
- Spectacular ocean view
Includes bed linen and bath towels are changed once a week, TV, stereo and hot water.
The house is fully equipped for 16 people and has parking for 3 cars.
The service staff consists of two people, a cleaning lady and guardian. These personnel are included in the rental price.

Booking Confirmation / Cancellation:
Reserve the right is acquired only upon receipt of deposit of 50% of the agreed amount. Likewise, the balance must be deposited at least 15 days before check-in.
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund.
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before another date according to availability offseason will be awarded. |
