Restaurant Cesar invites us their delicious giant lobster!

Those who know Restaurant César ensure that they have the best ceviche around Máncora.
However this time we were invited to try their fresh lobster … what a pleasant surprise !.

Previous iced beer, between the 4 sauces available, we choose “a la meniere” for our lobster.
Before preparing, Miluska of Cesar Restaurant showed us the lobster chosen. Two things immediately surprised us: The large size of the lobster (600 grams) and freshness … it was still alive!.
Miluska tells us that the minimum size is 600 grams here at Restaurant Cesar and the dish price is from 100 soles (USD $ 33.00, price approx. and referential). She tells us that every day come fishermen to visit early with fresh lobster.
And the taste ?, amazing!. A lot of lobster meat, perfectly cooked with classical “patacones” (fried plantains).
