• 3 bedrooms with king size bed and full bathroom in each room. All with ocean view.
• 2 rooms with two bunkbeds (for 4 people each room), with a double bed below and a square and a single bed above, full bathroom in each room.
• Living room, dining room, terrace with armchairs, swimming pool, barbecue, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area with washing machine.
• Parking for a large truck or two sedan cars.

Cleaning services are included as well as cooking service (8 hours per day), tenants must pay for all their supplies. The beach house has a security service, as well as a power generator set for emergencies, in case of a power outage.
