This beautiful beach house, located just 30 meters from the sea, 1st row towards the ocean, will leave you enchanted. Nothing like enjoying the privacy and peace of resting on a practically private beach, where you can enjoy magical sunsets and live an experience of pure relaxation that you will never forget.
From Casa del Sidi, walking about 15 minutes along the seashore, you can reach the El Ñuro pier, where you can swim with the turtles, an experience that you cannot miss.
The house is located 40 minutes by car from Talara airport.
If you come through Piura or Tumbes, it is two hours away.
Casa del Sidi is located within the exclusive Nord Condominium, with private and very secure access, 10 minutes from Los Órganos beach and 20 minutes from Mancora by car.

La Casa del Sidi has capacity for up to 18 people. In total there are 6 rooms, all of them with ocean view, air conditioning, TV with DirecTV and private bathroom.

Thinking about your well-being, Casa del Sidi has a spa area, consisting of an equipped gym, Jacuzzi, steam sauna and dry sauna, the latter with a beautiful view of the sea.

Outside, the house has a barbecue area, lounge chairs and a swimming pool and a large, very comfortable terrace where you can enjoy wonderful afternoons.
In the beach area you can hammock or swing in the sun and shade, enjoying the beauty of the unique landscape that the north offers you. It also has armchairs and poufs in the sand.

Two rooms with a king-size bed and a single and a half bed.

800 thread count sheets.
Shower towels included, toilet paper, liquid hand soap.
Does not include beach or pool towels, shower soap.

The house has a cook with more than 10 years of experience, top cleaning staff and a 24-hour security guard at home.
Casa del Sidi also has Wi-Fi internet in the common areas (terrace, dining room and TV room), Bluetooth stereo and generator set.

Terms:

Only small quiet pets are allowed.
Minimum stay two nights.
Check in 3 pm Check out 12 am.
Payment conditions to secure the reservation.
50% to separate the house.
And 50% 15 days before admission.
The payment is not refundable, you can only change the date according to availability.
Children from 2 years old will pay regular price.
Any damage will be assumed by the tenant.
