Casa Leydi is a comfortable and spacious newly built house with fine finishes in a very quiet place, where you breathe peace surrounded by green areas and with a breathtaking panoramic view of the beach away from the bustle of motorcycles.

Casa Leydi of Vichayito has maximum capacity  for 14 guests, has 5 rooms with own bathroom service room, laundry a large pool area grill area play area, the house is very cool, parking for several cars we are 500 meters from the beach.

The house is located in the condominium Lomas de Vichayito, north coast of Peru.

LOCATION

It has two accesses, one direct to the condominium by the Panamericana Norte, between Mancora and Los Organos and the other access is by the entrance of the road to vichayito, former Antigua Panamericana Norte, just in front of the hotel Route 66. – We are very close to several hotels and 10 minutes from both Mancora and Los Organos

– The house is rented with a staff that knows the house well and is responsible for cleaning the areas of the house and pool.
– Purchases can be made in any of the two towns mentioned, it is a matter of coordinating purchases with our guardian in charge of the house.

RESERVATION AND PRICES

Christmas and New Year: 50 dollars per person or 500 dollars per night / minimum 5 nights.

HIGH SEASON :
Holy Week, July 28th and 29th (national holidays) Holidays (January – March); $ 40 per person or $ 400 per night / minimum 5 nights.

LOW SEASON:
Days not covered in the previous ones: $ 30 per person or $ 300 per night / minimum of 3 nights.
