Casa Punta Norte is a cozy beach house located on one of the best beaches in northern Peru: Punta Sal.
Casa Punta Norte is located at seashore, within the Punta Sal Condominium; Tranquility both in the house and on the beach are guaranteed. The condominium has security 24 hours a day. The sea temperature in front of Casa Punta Norte is on average 25 degrees Celsius. The ocean is usually calm, ideal for swimming for children and adults.
The humpback whale watching season is from mid-July to mid-October (depending on the tide and weather conditions), and you sometimes can watch them sitting from the terrace of the house or from the pool.
The house is cool. It has ceiling fans in all rooms, and the ceilings are 4 meters high, which allows a flow of fresh air. The rent of the house includes the service of a cleaning employee and a cook, both of great confidence.

Casa Punta Norte is located within the exclusive Punta Sal private condominium, between the Royal Decameron Hotel and the Punta Sal Hotel. The house is located at seashore, 1st row, and from the terrace, pool, living room, dining room and main room, you can see the ocean.

How to get to Casa Punta Norte:

To get to Casa Punta Norte, the best alternative is to take a Lima – Tumbes flight, and then take direct transportation to Casa Punta Norte (1hr30 by car) from Tumbes Airport. Other alternatives are from the airports of Talara and Piura.
To enter the condominium, you must access from the same North Pan-American highway (2 km north of Cancas), and enter the entrance to the Hotel Royal Decameron and the Punta Sal Condominium. From the entrance about 5 km until you reach Casa Punta Norte .
