Casa Halekai, Los Organos.

Located at seashore between the pier of Los Órganos and Punta Veleros, Casa Halekai (ex Las Balsas of Punta Veleros House) offer a comfortable houses with exceptional characteristics for your perfect vacations for you and your family.

The whole house is a two floor house, which we rent only the first floor and have all the necessary things that you and your family might need. The house an independent entrance, bringing autonomy from the secong floor, sharing only the parking zone and garden.

Like many people know, Los Órganos beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Peruvian north, perfect for practicing sports like surf, kitesurf, diving and fishing, also for relax and resting, far away from the highway and close to the sand and the sea.

From the terraces of Las Pipas of Los Órganos you can view Punta Veleros private condo to the south and a big part of Vichayito beach to the north.
In front of the house, the beach is delicious, without any rock and the surf points are located a few steps from the area.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE

• Two suites with bathroom and independent terrace each
• 1 quadruple room with bathroom
• Full equipment kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, rice maker, etc.)
• Living room with TV and DVD.
• Fireplace on the living room.
• Swimming pool with spacious garden, shadow deck with and incredible view and Grills (BBQ)
• Spacious parking and guard 24 hrs.
• Backyard with laundry and room service with bathroom).
• All the bathroom have hot water, with the exception of the visitors bathrooms.
• Capacity for 8 to 10 people.
• Shade on the beach for exclusive use of Las Pipas of Los Órganos.

Rates:

High Season ( Festivities, Easter Holidays, and school vacations):
150 soles per guest (minimum 5 guests).

New Year: 9,000 soles a week.
28th July, Peruvian festivities, :9,000 soles a week.

Low Season (rest of the year):
120 soles per guest (minimum 5 guests).
